Simply purchase a loaf of bread from the Helga’s Seed Sensations range between 11/3/09 and 11/4/09 from any participating store. Collect a redemption form from: -

  2. Neck Tags on the Helga’s standard range of bread

  4. Offer is valid on retail purchases made between 11th March 2009 and 11th April 2009 (Promotional Period).
  5. To claim, purchase any loaf from the Helga’s Seed Sensations range (detailed in clause 3) from any participating store during the promotional period, complete the redemption form and mail form together with your original receipt and the bread bag to Helga's Seed Sensation Try Me Free Offer, PO Box 617, Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre, NSW, 2004
  6. Consumers will have the cost of standard postage refunded to them as part of their claim.
  7. All claims must be received by 18th April 2009.
  8. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery of your cheque.
  9. Only one cash back claim per household is permitted.
  10. All claims are subject to a verification check by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in the event of a dispute.
  11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected mail.
  12. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible forms or receipts will deem cashback claims invalid.
